The management of Guardian Angels Schools in its organizations strategy for deliverance good and quality education which meet the challenges of the 21stcentury have decided to term ‘competence ‘as a combination of skills attributes, knowledge and behaviors that are directly related to successful performance on the job which are considered essential for its staff in employment agreements in the following terms

Guardian Angels offer social teaching programs intending to develop our kids spiritually and morally. The program can be prepared for offering the followings
- Social programs of creating awareness to the community on social violence
- Spiritual guidance in the normal cause of life including teaching the catechesis
- Teaching on peace, love and justice
- Programs on environment conservations and protection
- Children abuse and human rights manipulations
